Made to order

Because every piece is printed and finished by hand after you order, please allow roughly 8–14 business days for us to make your piece before it ships. Larger or highly custom pieces may take a little longer, and we will always give you a timeline when we confirm your order.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States. If you are outside the US, or you are in the Buffalo area and would prefer local pickup, just ask and we will do our best to arrange it.

Rates and tracking

Shipping is calculated and confirmed with your order. Pieces are carefully packed and sent with tracking, which we share as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is up to the carrier. We will help however we can if something goes wrong in transit.
